New World First Ferry (NWFF) operates ferries from North Point - Hung Hom - North Point.

North Point is just east of Causeway Bay on Hong Kong Island. Hung Hom is on Kowloon side just east of Tsim Sha Shui.

Schedule

There are roughly two sailings an hour beginning at 7.23 am at North Point and 7.05 from Hung Hom. The last sailing from North Point is at 7.23 pm with the final crossing from Hung Hom leaving at 7.35 pm.

The crossing takes just 8 minutes by ordinary ferry.

North Point Ferry Pier is close to North Point MTR Station on the Island Line and Tseung Kwan O Line. It takes just five minutes to walk between the two.

Hung Hom Ferry Pier is a 20-minute walk from Hung Hom MTR Station or a 10-minute bus journey (Buses 3B, 7B, 15). Alternatively, it is just a 6-minute walk from Whampoa Station. The Hung Hom Ferry Pier Public Minibus Terminus is adjacent to the ferry pier.

The luxury Harbour Grand Kowloon Hotel is close to the ferry pier as is the equally opulent Kerry Hotel.

The Octopus Card is valid on most ferry services in Hong Kong.

Hong Kong Ferry Piers

The Star Ferry leaves from Pier 7 in Central. Departures to Park Island leave from Pier 2, Discovery Bay from Pier 3, Lamma Island (Sok Kwu Wan and Yung Shue Wan) from Pier 4, Cheung Chau & Peng Chau from Pier 5 and Mui Wo from Pier 6. Pier 1 serves as a government pier. Pier 8 is now the Hong Kong Maritime Museum.
