On Sunday mornings Beijingers practice tai chi, sword dancing, and a variety of musical instruments in the city's parks.
Jingshan Park is a historic 230,000-square-meter imperial garden in central Beijing, famous for offering the best panoramic views of the Forbidden City from its peak. Situated along the city's central axis, this former imperial park, opened to the public in 1928, is renowned for its five, hilltop pavilions and its significance as the site where the last Ming emperor died.
