Handmade Burgers
The beef burgers are all handmade from great quality 100% Angus beef and Chips Republic offers a diverse range of choices which are unique and definitely adventurous. The selection includes their renowned Sunshine (Tropical Pineapple and Cheese), All Day Breaky (Sunny Egg, Bacon and Cheese) and El Classico burgers respectfully.
The chips on offer are also meticulously prepared and taste so luscious and tasty that most customers end up nibbling and sampling more than they bargain for; what makes Chips Republic stand out are the wide range of sauces that can be used as dip and there are some very 'interesting' and 'brave' choices and these include their signature black truffle cheese chips and mushroom Parmesan flavours; all sauces are made from natural ingredients to ensure authenticity and flavours.
For those who love and miss good old British fare then their menu offers signature Fish n Chips and delicious homemade pies. These pies include steak and onion (HKD65), Chicken and Mushroom (HKD65) and everyone's favourite, Cornish pasty (HKD60).
For those with a sweet tooth and Chips Republic also have an extensive range of freshly handmade milkshakes including exciting new flavours such as Baileys VC / Blueberry / Green Tea. Of course, no meal is complete with a frozen yogurt which they have in abundance.

Chips Republic is located right next to the cinema and ice skating rink at Elements (Kowloon MTR station) so is perfect for a casual and relaxed time.
