The Jin Mao Tower (on the right) is a landmark 88-story, 420.5-meter (1,380 ft) skyscraper in the Lujiazui district of Pudong, completed in 1999. Renowned for its blend of traditional Chinese pagoda styling with modern, stepped architecture, it was once China's tallest building and serves as a major hotel, office, and observation deck hub, notably housing the Grand Hyatt Shanghai.
The Shanghai World Financial Center (SWFC) is a iconic 101-story, 492-meter (1,614 ft) mixed-use skyscraper known for its distinctive "bottle opener" design. Opened in 2008, it features premium offices, retail spaces, the luxury Park Hyatt Shanghai hotel, and high-altitude observation decks.
